چکیده

Primary hypothyroidism in dogs has been associated with a variety of neuromuscular signs including generalised peripheral neuropathy, peripheral vestibular syndrome, facial paralysis, laryngeal paralysis, megaoesophagus and myaesthenia gravis. This literature review describes the different signs and discusses where a convincing relationship with hypothyroidism can be seen and where a connection is more inconclusive. SUMMARY
